Position: Banquet Host/Bar-Back/Busser/Cook/Food Server

Job description: Responsible for providing a dining experience that ensures excellent guest relations by setting places at dining tables, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and answering inquiresabout menu items as well as maximizing sells by suggestively selling other items on the menu.

Required Skills: must be neatly dressed and well groomed in clean uniforms all the time. Must be able to operate point of sales (POS) computer, make change correctly, and make credit card transactions. Strength Demand – medium work, include exerting 10-30 pounds, walking and standing during 6-8 hours shift. Must be able to affectively I.D. or Card all guests who apper under the age of 30 for alcohol purchases. Adherence to company alcoholic beverage policies. Adherence to all company and safety policies and procedures.

Work schedule: 30 – 40 hours/week

Wage per hour: $ 5 -- $10, Food server earns $5 /per hour + tips

Position: Room Attendant

Job description: Cleans, services and organizes guests rooms in a timely manner according to procedures and standards. Notify supervisor when service is complete so rooms may be sold or occupied. Notify supervisor if any repairs are needed in a room. Respond to requests from quests or management in a timely and efficient manner. Keep linen room locked and linen cart stocked, clean and organized. Replenish supplies such as drinking glasses and writing supplies. Replenish bathroom supplies. Clean lobby, lounges, rest rooms, corridors, elevators, and stairways. Sweep, scrub, wax floors, clean rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture and draperies. Dust furniture, wash walls, ceiling, and woodwork. Wash windows, door panels and empty wastebaskets and clean ashtrays. Transport trash to disposal area. (see Housekeeper check list attached).

Required Skills: Ability to speak,write and understand basic English. Ability to read a limited number of two and three syllable words and to recognize similarities and differences between words and between series of numbers. Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one or two step instructions. Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables. Ability to interact with hotel quest in a professional and friendly manner, “people skills.”

Work schedule: 30 – 40 hours/week

Wage per hour: $ 7.50 + overtime opportunity
